Col. Stuart Rubio, 403rd Wing commander, goes to "work" in the fabrication flight to get acquainted with the sheet metals and welding aspects of the job. The Not-So-Undercover boss was given tutorials on how to perform the job task of installing a nutplate on a piece of extrusion, which is a simulated piece of aircraft structure, utilizing solid rivets and hand rivet squeezers and then completed those tasks with supervision from the subject matter experts like Master Sgt. Cody Seymour, 403rd Maintenance Squadron fabrication flight sheet metals technician. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Master Sgt. Jessica Kendziorek)
