Col. Stuart Rubio, 403rd Wing commander, goes to "work" in the fabrication flight to get acquainted with the sheet metals and welding aspects of the job. The Not-So-Undercover boss was given tutorials on how to perform simple job tasks such as using a torch to weld two small pieces of metal together and then completed those tasks with supervision from the subject matter experts, like Senior Airman Treven Connor, 403rd Maintenance Squadron fabrication flight welder.
