Not-so-Undercover Bosses work in Fabrication Flight

Col. Shawn Mattingly, 403rd Wing vice commander, goes to "work" in the fabrication flight to get acquainted with the sheet metals and welding aspects of the job. The Not-So-Undercover boss was given tutorials on how to perform simple job tasks, such as bending sheet metal to the proper angle and then completed those tasks with supervision from subject matter experts like Master Sgt.
