Weather conferences assist with planning for upcoming hurricane, winter seasons

Spinrad, Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere & NOAA Administrator, and Dr. Mike Brennan, director of NOAA’s National Hurricane Center, attended the Tropical Cyclone Operatioins and Research Forum, Interdepartmental Hurrricane Conferrence and Winter Season Working Group March 4-8.
