2022 Annual Awards

Col. Stuart Rubio, 403rd Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Barbara Gilmore, 403rd Wing command chief, presented Senior Master Sgt. Aaron Knight, 403rd Commmunications Flight, with the 2022 Senior Noncommissioned Officer award during the annual awards banquet, March 4, 2023.
