2022 Annual Awards Banquet

Col. Stuart Rubio, 403rd Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Barbara Gilmore, 403rd Wing command chief, presented Tech. Sgt. Amanda Copeland, 815th Airlift Squadron, with the 2022 Noncommissioned Officer of the Year award during the annual awards banquet, March 4, 2023.
