Col. Stuart M. Rubio, 403rd Wing commander at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., hands the 403rd Operations Group guidon to Lt. Col. Kevin J. Campanile to symbolize his assumption of command of the group at the Roberts Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Facility auditorium Nov. 6, 2021.
