403rd ASTS ribbon-cutting ceremony for new bldg

Col. Stuart M. Rubio, 403rd Wing commander, and Lt. Col. Lauren DeFrates, 403rd Aeromedical Staging Squadron deputy commander, cut the ceremonial ribbon marking the opening of the new ASTS building at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., Aug. 6, 2021.
