403rd Wing recognizes award winners

Members of the the 403rd Wing Command Staff, the 403rd Wing Operations Group, and the 12th Operational Weather Flight took time to video conference deployed member, Master Sgt. Sheena Tugwell, 12th OWF unit training manager, on being awarded the 22nd Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year. Tugwell will move on to compete at the Air Force Reserve Command level.
