403rd Communications Flight change of command

Lt. Col. Reginald G. Trujillo, 403rd Mission Support Group commander, relinquishes Maj. Elvis Ta of his command of the 403rd Communications Flight at the 41st Aerial Port Squadron January 9, 2021.
