The 403rd Wing held its annual commander’s call at Welch Theater April 2, 2016, during the Unit Training Assembly. Col. Frank Amodeo, 403rd Wing Commander, presented awards to the 2015 quarterly and annual award winners. Master Sgt. Thomas Lassabe, 41st Aerial Port Squadron, is the First Sergeant of the Year for 2015.
