Step one: Tech Sgt. Ronnie Graham, a turboprop craftsman with the 403rd Maintenance Squadron, preps the inside of a rubber sleeve with acetone 11 Feb in the Roberts Consolidated Maintenance Facility at Keesler Air Force Base..
