Step Two: Tech Sgt. Ronnie Graham, a turboprop craftsman with the 403rd Maintenance Squadron, applies a specialized adhesive to the propeller 11 Feb in the Roberts Consolidated Maintenance Facility at Keesler Air Force Base.
