Step Three: Tech Sgt. Ronnie Graham, a turboprop craftsman with the 403rd Maintenance Squadron, carefully attaches a rubber sleeve to a C-130Jpropeller 11 Feb in the Roberts Consolidated Maintenance Facility at Keesler Air Force Base.
