Step Four: Tech Sgt. Ronnie Graham, a turboprop craftsman with the 403rd Maintenance Squadron, rolls out any creases or bubbles in the rubber sleeve after attaching it to a C-130Jpropeller 11 Feb in the Roberts Consolidated Maintenance Facility at Keesler Air Force Base.
