Tech. Sgt. Crystal Jones joined the 403rd in 2010 when she transfered from the 164th Air National Guard Airlift Wing in Memphis. Since Jones joined the 403rd, she is most proud of working with the Airman and Family Readiness section, which has helped her make a difference by assisting families with resources or directing them to a helping agency and ensuring care for wing members and their families.
