Ariman Files

Capt. Elvis Ta joined the 403rd Wing in 1998. Ta's proudest moment while serving with the 403rd was when he received his commission. A specific moment when Ta's contribution made the wing a better place was while teaching an EO human relations class. After class finished, an Airman who had been struggling in his job environment, told Ta that his complete outlook changed due to the class. Today, the Airman still serves and is an asset to the Wing and the Reserve.
