Airman Files -- Master Sgt. Paul Martin

Master Sgt. Martin joined the 403rd Wing in 1998. Martin’s proudest moment with the Wing was when he served as a safety board member for an aircraft incident safety investigation, where a 403rd aircraft was involved in an incident in the Central Command area of responsibility. Martin used his maintenance background and investigation skillset to find the cause of the incident. By identifying the pilot error, future pilots were given additional training to avoid repeating the costly mistake.
