Airmen keep aircraft on schedule
Senior Airman Michael Johnson (right) and Senior Airman Phillip Swensen, 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 746th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Unit propulsion journeymen, align a C-130 engine on to an engine stand after an engine change at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing, Southwest Asia, Dec. 11, 2013. The 557th Expeditionary Red Horse Squadron provided short notice support for the engine swap by supplying the crane and personnel to hoist the engine out and install the new engine. The combined efforts contributed to the engine being changed out in 12 hours and the aircraft ready to fly on schedule.
