The 403rd Wing welcomes Capt. Ruben Martinez who transferred from the Army into the wing this month. He served seven years in the Army as an ammo care sergeant. His last duty station was Fort Myers, Va. Martinez joined the Air Force Reserve to serve near his wife who is stationed at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.
