Brig. Gen. Moss Bids Farewell

Brig. Gen Rich Moss presented Mrs. Suzy Moss a bouquet of flowers at his retirement ceremony, January 11, 2009. General Moss served nearly four decades for the Air Force Reserve was awarded the Legion of Merit Medal and several citations, including one from President George W. Bush.
