One Final Salute
The Citizen Airmen of the 403rd Wing rendered a final salute for retiring Brig. Gen. Rich Moss. General Moss served as commander of the 403rd Wing since July, 2004 and has 38 years of Air Force service. His tenure as commander was punctuated by the 403rd Wing set several world records in the C-130J, collecting life-saving hurricane data, service in the Global War on Terrorism and conversion from the legacy H-model to the J-model. General Moss and his wife Suzy plan to remain on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and will stay very active in the community. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Tech Sergeant James B. Pritchett)
