One Last Flight

Brig. Gen Rich Moss gets "hosed down" after his final flight, Jan. 15. Known as the "fini flight," the pilot is honored for the their service to the Air Force by being doused with water and receiving a congratulatory ceremony after the flight. General Moss served nearly four decades for the Air Force Reserve and served as the 403rd Wing Command for more than 4 years. General Moss relinquished command of the 403rd Wing to Colonel James J.
