Packed house

Crowds of people filled the bleachers and the runway at Keesler Air Force Base for the 2009 Keesler Air Show, dubbed Thunder on the Bay. Saturday saw recording-breaking crowds of more than 85,000 onlookers. The hazy weather during the first half on the day probably contributed to the smaller crowd on Sunday, but thankfully the weather cleared up enough toward the end of the day for the Thunderbirds to put on a spectacular show.
