Aircraft Delivery

Maj. Gen. Michael Gould, commander, 2nd Air Force, delivers a ceremonial key to Col. Paul Waters, commander, 403rd Maintenance Group, for a new C-130J-30 aircraft. General Gould flew the aircraft, the first C-130J to be delivered in 2006, from the manufacturer, Lockheed Martin, in Marietta, Ga. This stretch version of the C-130J will be flown by 815th Airlift Squadron, known as the Flying Jennies.
