Honoary Wing Commander Inducted into 403rd Wing

Duncan McKenzie, President and General Manager of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Biloxi, became the first Honorary Wing Commander at an induction ceremony marking the inception of the first Honorary Commanders Program at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Brig. Gen. James Muscatell, 403rd Wing commander, and other commanders form the 403rd Wing and 81st Training Wing will be partnering up with other local community leaders throughout the year to promote a greater understanding and awareness of this Air Force's role in the Mississippi Gulf Coast community.
