Heads Up Check Up

Staff Sgt. Michael Giovengo, a 403rd Avionics Flight instruments/flight control systems trainer, runs an operations check of the Heads Up Display on the flight deck of a WC-130J aircraft for the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron. Avionics flight members perform regular equipment inspections on the weather birds, as well as the tactical C-130J-30 stretch models used by the 815th Airlift Squadron, to ensure the planes are in top-notch flying condition.
