Wilcox Promoted to Chief

The newly-promoted Chief Master Sergeant Eugene "Lee" Wilcox, 403rd Civil Engineers Squadron, prepares to receive his blues service coat with his new chief rank from his daughter, Caroline. The promotion ceremony was held October 3 at the 403rd Maintenance Group's new Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Facility.
