In an enlistment ceremony held Oct. 14 at the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi, Miss., Brig. Gen. James Muscatell welcomed eight new Citizen Airmen to the 403rd Wing. The swearing in took place at the Hard Rock Casino to emphasize the partnership the wing, located at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., shares with the local community.
