Dennis Walker, 403rd Maintenance Operations Flight operations officer, at the 2010 Gumbo Cook-off during the January Unit Training Assembly. Captain Deroche and his father, Donald Deroche (left), teamed up and won first place for the competition. The wing's Special Events Commitee organizes monthly events like this one to foster camaraderie among the different shops within the 403rd Wing, Proceeds raised from the cook-off went toward the SEC and the 403rd Key Family Member Program.
