The peer-to-peer program was introduced into the 403rd Wing lin April 2010 with Staff Sgt. Edmund Bristow, 403rd Civil Engineer Squadron, being the first Airman to recieve one. Brig. Gen. James Muscatell presented Sergeant Bristow the coin in appreciation of his enthusiasm in creating the design. The program allows Airmen to recognize other Airmen who go beyond the call of duty to accomplish tasks. To date, there have been 13 Airmen who have recieved a peer-to-peer coin.
