The "casualty" in question, Senior Airman Jennifer Muir, a 403rd ASTS dental technician, was suffering from a simulated pain in her left thigh. The mass casualty exercise was conducted during the November Unit Training Assembly in preparation for the 403rd Wing’s upcoming Operational Readiness Inspection.
