This is the backside of the 13th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop sweatshirt. Operation Toy Drop is a week-long project where paratroopers and Air Force aircrews from across the nation collect and donate new, unwrapped toys to be distributed to children's homes and social service agencies throughout North Carolina. The operation is organized by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), Ft. Bragg, N.C.
