Col. Glen Downing, 81st Training Wing vice commander, presents Col. Marshall Irvin, 403rd Mission Support Group commander, with a few mementos at Colonel Irvin's going away luncheon held at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino, Biloxi, Miss., March 21. Colonel Irvin began his new assignment as the 94th Airlift Wing Mission Support Group commander, Dobbins Air Force Base, Ga. Colonel Irvin served with Reservists from the 403rd Wing from August 2009 to March 2011.
