Command Chief visits 403rd Wing

Chief Master Sergeant Steven Larwood, 22nd Air Force command chief, listens to Master Sergeant Ray Reynolds, 403rd Aircrew Flight Equipment supervisor, as he explains how to operate the parachute simulator.
