Passing the Torch

As the new 403rd Wing commander, Col. Jay Jensen accepts the 403rd Wing guidon from Maj. Gen. James Rubeor, 22nd Air Force commander, in a change of command ceremony held here May 12 at the Bay Breeze Event Center. General Muscatell commanded the 403rd Wing from January 2009 and accepted a position at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
