General's last flight

Brig. Gen. James Muscatell, 403rd Wing commander, toasts his wife, Nancy with sparkling grape juice after he finished his last flight in the Air Force May 6. General Muscatell flew a group of Mississippi Gulf Coast residents home from the 403rd Wing's annual Civic Leader Tour.
