Going out with a splash

Col. Louis Patriquin, 403rd Wing Operations Group commander, is doused with water by members of the 345th and 815th Airlift Squadrons after completing his final flight on a C-130J-30 Sept. 20, 2011 as a member of the 403rd Wing.
