Master Sgt. Serena Birch, 403rd Wing recruiter, accepts the Infinity Award Oct. 1 from Senior Master Sgt. Neil Sherman, 403rd Wing senior recruiter. Birch technically didn’t have a recruiting goal for the fiscal year, since she just completed recruiting school this August.
