Mardi Gras bowls over 403rd Wing

The Krewe of Winners from the 403rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron won the contest for “Best Costume” at the 403rd Wing’s first Mardi Gras Bowl-a-palooza held at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., Feb. 9, 2013.
