Master Sgt. Rachelle Johnson narrows in on the finish line of the 1.5 mile run during the AF physical fitness test Nov. 5, 2012. Johnson, who serves as Chief of the Commander Support Staff at the 403rd Force Support Squadron, had recently come off a two year medical profile that prevented her from the type of training that she needed to pass the AF PFT. A challenge to its own, she also knew the bar had been raised in the world of AF physical fitness. Nevertheless, she hit the ground running three days a week on the track, and also seeking help with her exercise regime. "Fortunately, I had support from everyone, and A1C Aaron Cole from the 345th even volunteered his own time to help me," said Johnson, "I couldn't have done it without them." Johnson passed the PFT.
