Lt. Col. Timothy Weiher, aircraft commander for the 815th Airlift Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., took the final flight of his 37-year Air Force career through the hills of Tennessee June 21, 2021. Weiher served 12 years on active duty as a B-52 pilot before transferring to the Air Force Reserve where he flew C-130H, WC-130J, and C-130J aircraft for the 815 and the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron.
