Rubio, 403rd Wing commander, while he assists in changing out an aft bulkhead, the firewall between the engine and the aircraft's wing, at the Isochronal Inspection Dock at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., Oct. 3, 2021. Rubio, a C-130J pilot, is visiting different units in the Wing during Unit Training Assemblies to meet Airmen and learn about their various career specialties.
