Wing commander hosts first civilian all call

Jeffery Van Dootingh, 403rd Wing commander, held his first civilian commanders call, Aug. 6, 2019 at the Roberts Consolidated Maintenance Facility Auditorium at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.
