Wing commander hosts first civilian all call

Col. Jeffery Van Dootingh, 403rd Wing commander, presented Jimmy Howard, a civilian in the 403rd Finance Office, with his 10-year service certificate, Aug. 6, 2019 at the Roberts Consolidated Maintenance Facility Auditorium, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.
