KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. -- The 403rd Wing announced its third quarter award winners for the July 1 through Sept. 30 period. The wing selected winners in the Airman, noncommissioned officer, senior NCO, company and field grade officer and civilian categories.

Latest accomplishment: “I recently completed the initials skills course in Air Operations Center, combat division at Hurlburt Field, Florida,” he said. “It was a very challenging, but enlightening course. Having the opportunity to be integrated with a majority of pilots gave better insight into flying operations and a strategic mindset.”

Latest accomplishment: “Recently completing the Aircraft Mishap Investigator Course at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico and being the chief planner and participating in Arctic Anvil,” he said. The 815th AS provided airlift and airdrop support for the U.S. Army’s Joint Forces Exercise Arctic Anvil earlier this year.

Latest accomplishment: “The 403rd Wing Public Affairs Office earned the Air Force Reserve Command Brig. Gen. Harry J. Dalton Jr. Award for communication excellence this year. It’s an honor to do this job everyday as I really enjoy the work and people I work with, but it was really nice to have command recognize the office’s efforts in highlighting unit reservists’ accomplishments to the media and public,” she said. In addition, she earned the AFRC Outstanding Communication FGO Award for 2019.

Latest accomplishment: “Buying my own airplane,” he said. “I’m in the process of building my own airplane from a recently purchased airplane kit and using my skillset I hope to have it built, this time next year.” Seymour is also a private pilot and said he hopes to be able to fly to work instead of driving in the future.
