403rd Wing announces captain and first lieutenant promotion selections

Today the 403rd Wing announced the selection of six officers for promotion.

Selected for promotion to first lieutenant:

  • Toya Williams, 36th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron

Selected for promotion to captain:

  • Israel Briggs, 403d Communications Flight
  • Justin Dunn, 53d Weather Reconnaissance Squadron
  • Michael Everhart, 815th Airlift Squadron
  • William Simmons, 53d WRS
  • Amber Tucker, 403d Logistics Readiness Squadron
