Keeser spouses tour Hurricane Hunters
Keesler Spouse’s Club members toured a WC-130J Nov. 18, 2014, at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The WC-130J is used by the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron to gather weather data for the National Hurricane Center in Miami. They also received a 53rd WRS mission briefing prior to the tour of the aircraft. The Keesler Spouse Club typically meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Membership is open to spouses of any Armed Forces service member, including active duty, Guard or Reserve, spouses of civil service or key civilian personnel working at Keesler.
