Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen

Senior Airman Ebonnie McKeller, Senior Airman Leonardo Feliu, and Senior Airman Angela Meeks-Baile set down the flooring for the 403rd Service Flight's SPEK. This new spacious, deployable kitchen takes the place of the cramped Mobile Kitchen Trailer. The SPEK can feed up to 550 people in a two-hour period which is more than double the MKT's cability.
