General's last flight

Col. Craig LaFave, 403rd Wing vice commander, Lt. Col. Dave Price, 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, and Col. Louis Patriquin, 403rd Operations Group commander, hose down Brig. Gen. James Muscatell, 403rd Wing commander, after he finished his last flight in the Air Force May 6. General Muscatell flew a group of Mississippi Gulf Coast residents home from the 403rd Wing's annual Civic Leader Tour.
